Pathfinders

A personal piece for a novel I'm writing in my free time.

Throughout the land are spread myriad ruins from a long dead civilisation. One might think the treacherous Wormways an exemption. Should anyone brave their labyrinthine tunnels, however, they might discover they are home to some of the most spectacular structures of all.

For the Wayfarers, who call this place home, they are an everyday sight. One to be ignored. They would rather see to securing routes through their territory, than explore the halls of their ancestors. And it is the Pathfinders that would see this done.

"The sun reflects on those glass spires, illuminating them for what they are."
